Discipline DESCRIPTION

Food Technology Cooking and Housekeeping This course will allow each student to gain practical experiences in housekeeping and cooking.

The course covers: - Basic to advanced

Preparing Recipes Names and Lists of contents in the kitchen Learning about the different equipment used in the kitchen Cooking Utensils Health & Safety in the Kitchen

Top achievers and advanced learners will be sitting the BTEC exams and can earn a degree. Basic leaners will be provided with the skills for kitchen self-safety and awareness.
