This program is designed for school students age 14+ who would like to pursue vocational training as alternative pathways and not academics. The program is designed to support the understanding of the students’ interest and develop it into a skill that he/she can use and it becomes a future career.

Maxi Short Courses
Maxi short courses are designed for students to enhance a vocational skill after the school hours.
Maxi Evening Classes
 The program covers: –

 Evening Class times from 5:30 to 7:30pm 3 times a week.
The Price is AED 2,500 per month.

 Maxi Summer Camps Â
Maxi Summer camps are designed for students of all age groups during the summer break.
The program starts in early July and finishes towards the end of August each year.

- Music
- Gym
Time from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
The price is AED 3,000 per student.

This program is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge and management skills.
The program is designed for fresh graduates, middle management and women who would like to go back to work after a break.

This program is developed to train the special educators, cares, and parents. The program is delivered over 3 days at the school or MyMaximus. The program is delivered over 2 days from 10:00 am to 2:00pm. The cost of the Program is aed 1500 per person.
The Training program covers: -
- Strategies and Tactics to deal with the different abilities at the classrooms.
- How to create an individualized program based on the child needs and abilities.
- How to educate and support the parents to deliver the education plan for the child at home
- Sources and Assistive technologies to support t the student learning journey.
- Child Progress evaluation plans
- Shadow Teachers qualifications and required Skills.
Maxi Training of the Trainers /Corporate
This program is developed and designed to train the hiring managers on how to hire a special need employee and to be an inclusive employer. The program is delivered over 2 days from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The cost of the Program is aed 2500 per person.
The Training program covers: -
- How to develop a Hiring Policy of the Special Needs in the organization
- How to develop an inclusive and accessible working environment
- How to create a job description relevant to the skills of the special needs
- How to educate and support direct managers and co-workers to support the special needs in the organization
- Sources and Assistive technologies to support the special needs performance.
- Setting KPI and Continuous Improvement program
