Eligibility for Returns
1. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions.
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering post-delivery.g after delivery.
Return Process
1. To initiate a return, contact us at info@mymaximus.ae with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem with the product.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and initiate the appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product), MyMaximus will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Replacement Policy
- We will gladly replace a product if it is defective or damaged, subject to availability.
Important Notes
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once the returned item is received.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.
