Eligibility for Refunds
1. Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- The product received is defective or damaged.
- An incorrect product was shipped.
- The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe due to an error on our part.
2. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Products
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during clearance sales.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Refund Process
1. To initiate a refund, please email info@mymaximus.ae with:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Supporting evidence (photos or videos of the product)
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund through your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will be made for the cost of the product(s) only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by MyMaximus.
- If the payment was made via credit/debit card, please allow additional processing time based on your bank’s policies.
