Who We Are
My Maximus professional and management vocational training academy was born out of the critical need for educational, vocational, and job placement support for adults with mental disabilities in the UAE after they have completed their school years.
Adults with Autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, and Developmental Delays spend around 16 years of their lives in training and early intervention centers. They are trained in basic life experience, independence, and some academic skills, yet, due to the complexity and nature of their abilities as well as their medical conditions, a good number of students cannot pursue further studies, find a job, or even live independently.
