Overview
Training of the Trainers (ToT) is a training program designed to equip experienced trainers with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively train others. This approach is particularly useful for organizations that need to expand their training capacity without relying solely on external trainers. Our (TOT) is designed for Aspiring Trainers, Experienced Trainers, Sector-Specific Trainers, Educational Institution and Corporate Trainers.
Our TOT Components are :
- Needs Assessment: Identifying the specific needs and requirements of the trainers to tailor the program accordingly.
- Structured Training Program: Developing a comprehensive curriculum that includes both theoretical and practical components.
- Experiential Learning: Using hands-on activities and real-life scenarios to enhance learning and retention.
- Feedback and Coaching: Providing continuous feedback and coaching to help trainers improve their skills.
