Fee Policy for MyMaximus Academy

1. Fee Structure

  • Tuition Fees: The total fees for each course or program are listed on the academy’s website and in the official course catalog. Fees include tuition, access to learning materials, and software used for the sessions.
  • Additional Costs: Costs such as textbooks, travel, accommodation for in-person sessions, and other miscellaneous expenses are not covered unless explicitly stated.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Enrollment Fees: Fees are due in full at the time of enrollment. Enrollment in a course is not complete until the initial payment is received.
  • Installment Payments: fees must be paid with posted dated checks at the time of enrollment up to three installments.

3. Payment Methods

  • Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems. Specific details are provided during the enrollment process.
  • Currency: All payments must be made in UAE Dirhams.

4. Late Payments

  • Consequences: Overdue payments may result in suspension of access to the academy and learning platforms. A past due payment fee of AED 1000 will be applicable for any payments received after the due date.
  • Suspension: Failure to adhere to payment deadlines, despite repeated reminders, will lead to suspension from the course.

5. Receipts and Invoices

  • Issuance: Upon payment, a receipt or invoice will be issued electronically. Students are responsible for ensuring their email addresses are up to date to receive all payment confirmations.

6. Financial Aid and Scholarships

  • Availability: Information on financial aid and scholarships, including application procedures and eligibility criteria, is available upon request.
  • Compliance: Students receiving financial aid or scholarships must adhere to the specific terms and conditions outlined in those programs.

7. Employer or Third-Party Sponsorship

  • Sponsorship Letter: If fees are to be paid by an employer or third-party sponsor, an official letter of sponsorship must be provided.
  • Responsibility: The student remains responsible for ensuring payment is made by the sponsor by the due date.

8. Changes in Fees

  • Policy: The academy reserves the right to change course fees. However, any changes will not affect students who have already paid or enrolled in a course. For ongoing courses, revised fees will apply from the following term/month’s payment.
